Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us at info@nerfaria.in or call +91 73868 58257 with your order number.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product significantly differs from the description on the Website
- Order cancelled before dispatch
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund: items that have been used, washed, or altered; items without original tags and packaging; and items returned after the 7-day return window.
4. Refund Process

5. Refund Methods
UPI Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original UPI account within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases (e.g., minor defects that don't affect usability), a partial refund may be offered after mutual agreement.
