Returns Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this period.
2. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if they are:
- Received in a damaged or defective condition
- Different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or product)
- Significantly different from the Website description
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Items returned after the 7-day window
4. How to Return
Step 1: Contact us at info@nerfaria.in or +91 73868 58257 with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a return authorization.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Step 4: A courier pickup will be arranged, or you may self-ship to our address.
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free. For all other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exchange
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Refund After Return
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
